Alterity Investments was formed in 1975 and is a privately-owned property and investment company. Operating throughout the entire United Kingdom, Alterity has assets in excess of £100 million spread across various sectors.
The strong innovative management team each have over 25 years’ experience within the company and their knowledge, experience and expertise have created a financial model providing stable growth in both income and capital values.
Since 2018, the Company focus has been to create stable cash flows derived primarily from its rental income with a view to donating up to 50% of surplus income to LFT Charitable Trust (www.lftcharitabletrust.com).
Since the inception of LFT in 2018, AIL have donated in excess of £3.32m and in the last financial year ending March 2022, AIL donated £1.018m.
The remainder of the surplus income is reinvested to increase future cash flows and ultimately increase donations to LFT Charitable Trust.
